What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard UK delivery starting from £3.99, which typically takes 3-5 working days. Express next-day delivery is also available for orders placed before 2 PM.
Are your coffee cups dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our ceramic and glass collections are both dishwasher and microwave safe. However, we recommend hand-washing any items with gold leaf detailing or matte finishes to preserve their quality.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo for a free replacement.
Do you offer international shipping outside of the UK?
Currently, we primarily ship within the UK. However, we can arrange international shipping to select European countries for an additional fee. Please contact our support team for a bespoke quote.
